內容簡介

科學的足跡是每集三十分鐘的物理影集，內容涵蓋大學的基礎物理課程。這一系列原先是加州理工學院製作的電視課程，並由 Annenberg/CPB Project.資金輔助。每一集的均由加州理工學院David Goodstein 教授從哲學性、歷史性且幽默的介紹中帶領大學新生進入物理世界。包括了上百個Dr. James F. Blinn製作的小動畫，以作為教導的初級工具。動態的連續鏡頭和模擬的歷史情景強調了科學史堆砌的艱辛。
