| 內容簡介 | 故事發生於 1603 年...
在荷蘭一個靠近希爾德河 ( Scheldt ) 的小村莊，一位獨居的女巫總是熱心地運用她豐富的草藥知識幫助每一個人。她的丈夫在幾個月前出發到比利時魯紋 ( Louvain ) 尋訪有關草藥的書籍後，就不曾回來過。
此時，她發現自己那漂亮的女兒愛上了一位地主的兒子。可是，那地主的兒子有眾多的追求者！到底他們的愛情是否能夠開花結果？
這部由比利時新銳管樂作曲家 Bert Appermont 依據 Jef Mellemnas 的劇本為管樂團所創作的音樂劇，完成於 2002 年上旬，並於同年 8 月 15 日於荷蘭古魯貝 ( Kruibeke ) 首演。全劇採荷蘭語演唱，旋律優美動聽，為難得一見的佳作。
